All the manuscripts are considered to be confidential. They are peer-reviewed by at least 3 anonymous reviewers selected by the Editorial Board. The corresponding author is notified of the editor’s decision to accept, reject or require modifications. If the manuscript is completely acceptable according to the criteria set forth in these instructions, it will be assessed by the editorial board for final decision and scheduled for the next available issue.
