fa بررسی شیوع درد گردن در دانشجویان پزشکی و داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سال 1391 Research (Original) سابقه و هدف: درد گردن یکی از مشکلات بزرگ بهداشت عمومی جامعه است که شیوع آن تا 75 درصد گزارش شده است. بیشتر مردم در طول زندگی، درجات گوناگونی از آن را تجربه کرده اند. هدف این تحقیق، تعیین شیوع درد گردن در دانشجویان پزشکی و داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران، واحد رامسر و عوامل مرتبط با آن بود.<div style="direction: rtl">روش اجرا: این یک مطالعه مقطعی - توصیفی Cross-sectional است. ابزار جمع آوری در این تحقیق، فرم جمع آوری داده هاست که با استفاده از پرسشنامه اصلاح شده نوردیک، شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و عوامل مرتبط و چگونگی درد گردن است. در این فرم، متغیرهای وجود درد گردن و شدت آن بر مبنای اسکور بصری، عددی 10 نمر های (Visual Analogue Scale (VAS ، سابقه خانوادگی درد گردن، شمار واحدهای درسی تئوریک در ترم تحصیلی، پوزیشن دانشجو در سر کلاس و ساعات کلاس در روز، سابقه تروما یا تصادف و متغیرهای دموگرافیک ارزیابی شدند. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری کای دو استفاده شد.</div><div style="direction: rtl">نتایج: <span style="font-size: 11.9999990463257px line-height: 29.3333339691162px">Response rate </span>مطالعه 65 درصد بوده است. 107 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی و داروسازی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد 12 درصد دانشجویان از درد گردن رنج می برند. (%18-%6)%95 CI بوده است. میانگین سنی آنان 4/5±22/6 سال بود. رابطه معنی داری بین سابقه درد گردن در والدین با دانشجویان وجود داشت (0/05=P). </div><div style="direction: rtl">(CI%95, Odds ratio=3 (0/94-9/9 رابطه معنی داری بین وضعیت قرارگیری دانشجو نسبت به استاد در کلاس درس وجود نداشت <span style="font-size: 11.9999990463257px line-height: 29.3333339691162px">(0/13=P). </span>  </div><div style="direction: rtl"><div style="direction: rtl">نتیجه گیری: درد گردن و شدت آن در دانشجویان نسبت به مشاغل دیگر کمتر است. سابقه خانوادگی و حوادث تروماتیک با درد گردن رابطه مثبت دارد و وضعیت قرارگیری دانشجو در کلاس، تعداد واحد درسی و تعداد روزهای کلاس رابطه ای با درد گردن دانشجو ندارد.</div></div> Background & Objectives: This study aimed to determine the prevalence of neck pain and the associated risk factors among medical and pharmacology students of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, Ramsar in 2012. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, data were collected using a modified version of Nordic questionnaire consisting of demographic characteristics and factors associated with neck pain. Severity of neck pain was measured based on visual analogue scale (VAS). In addition, other factors such as family history of neck pain, number of theoretical courses in a semester, sitting position of students in class, class hours in a day and history of trauma were evaluated. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using Chi-square test. Results: In total, 107 medical and pharmacology students participated in this study, and the response rate was 65%. Mean age of the subjects was 4.5 ± 22.6 years, and approximately 12% complained of neck pain (CI 95%, 6%-18%). Moreover, a significant relationship was observed between the family history of neck pain and feeling of pain in the students (P=0.05) (odds ratio: 3, CI 95% (0.94-9.9). No significant correlation was found between neck pain and the sitting position of students in class (P=0.13). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, medical students experience less pain compared to other occupations.
