fa بررسی شیوع خوددرمانی با دارو و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دانشکد ههای پزشکی و پیراپزشکی شهرستان رامسر 1394 Research (Original) <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>هدف</strong>: خوددرمانی یکی از مشکلات مهم اجتماعی و بهداشتی جهان و ایران است که</p> <p dir="RTL">میزان آن رو به افزایش می باشد<span dir="LTR">. </span>پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی شیوع خوددرمانی و عوامل</p> <p dir="RTL">مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دانشکده های علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی شهرستان رامسر در سال</p> <p dir="RTL"><span dir="LTR">1394 </span>انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>رو</strong> <strong>ش</strong> <strong>ها</strong>: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی<span dir="LTR">- </span>مقطعی می باشد که<span dir="LTR"> 456 </span>نفر از دانشجویان</p> <p dir="RTL">دانشکده های علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی شهرستان رامسر در آن مشارکت نمودند<span dir="LTR">. </span>شایان ذکر</p> <p dir="RTL">است که اطلاعات جامعه هدف به وسیله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شد و توسط نرم افزار</p> <p dir="RTL"><span dir="LTR">SPSS 19 </span>و آزمو نهای توصیفی<span dir="LTR">- </span>تحلیلی <span dir="LTR">( </span><span dir="LTR">Chi</span><span dir="LTR">-</span><span dir="LTR">Square </span><span dir="LTR">) </span>مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong> <strong>ها</strong>: در پژوهش حاضر، میزان خوددرمانی معادل <span dir="LTR">51/ 3 </span>درصد برآورد شد که این میزان در</p> <p dir="RTL">بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر ب هترتیب <span dir="LTR">51/ 5 </span>و <span dir="LTR">05/ 9 </span>درصد بود<span dir="LTR">. </span>همچنین، بیشترین داروهایی</p> <p dir="RTL">که توسط جامعه هدف مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است، داروهای ضددرد<span dir="LTR"> ) 49/ 6 </span>درصد <span dir="LTR">( </span>بوده و</p> <p dir="RTL">بیشترین بیمار ی هایی که منجر به خوددرمانی گردیده است، سرماخوردگی و سردرد م یباشد</p> <p dir="RTL"><span dir="LTR">)</span>به ترتیب<span dir="LTR"> 37 </span>و <span dir="LTR">20/ 7 </span>درصد<span dir="LTR">(. </span>متداول ترین روش تهیه دارو جهت اقدام به خوددرمانی نیز تهیه</p> <p dir="RTL">دارو از داروخانه بوده است<span dir="LTR"> ) 53/ 3 </span>درصد<span dir="LTR">(. </span>علاوه براین، دانشجویان رشته بهداشت عمومی و</p> <p dir="RTL">داروسازی به ترتیب با <span dir="LTR">57/ 4 </span>و <span dir="LTR">52/ 4 </span>درصد، دارای بیشترین موارد اقدام به خوددرمانی بودند<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL">شایان ذکر است که در پژوهش حاضر، <span dir="LTR">20/ 7 </span>درصد از دانشجویانی که اقدام به خوددرمانی</p> <p dir="RTL">کرده بودند، دچار عوارض ناشی از مصرف دارو شدند<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، جهت کاهش میزان خوددرمانی در بین دانشجویان</p> <p dir="RTL">علوم پزشکی و پیراپزشکی که قشر تحصیل کرده جامعه م یباشند و نقش مهمی در بالابردن سطح</p> <p dir="RTL">فرهنگی جامعه دارند، پیشنهاد می شود آموزش های مناسبی در جهت تغییر نگرش و عملکرد</p> <p dir="RTL">آن ها در مورد مصرف دارو و عوارض احتمالی آن ارائه شود<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p><strong>Background & Objectives</strong>: Self-medication is one of the major social and health<br> problems in Iran and other parts of the world, the prevalence of which is on a<br> growing trend. Herein, we aimed to evaluate the prevalence of self-medication<br> and its related factors among students of Medicine and Paramedicine faculties of<br> Ramsar, Iran, in 2015.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: This descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out<br> in 456 students of Medicine and Paramedicine faculties of Ramsar, Iran. The<br> relevant data was gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed in<br> SPSS, version 19, using Chi-square test.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: In the current study, the rate of self-medication was estimated at 51.3%<br> (51.5% and 50.9% in male and female students, respectively). Most of the used<br> medications by the target population were painkillers (49.6 %) and the most<br> frequent illnesses that led to self-medication were cold and headache (37% and<br> 20.7 %, respectively). The most common method for drug access was through<br> drugstore (53.3%). Moreover, the students of Public Health and Dentistry faculties<br> showed the highest rates of self-medication (57.4% and 52.4%).
