en Biochemistry Research (Original) <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:106%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Abstract:</span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="tab-stops:6.0in"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in female of developing countries. </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The main types of cervical cancers are squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Majority of the human genome is transcribed to RNAs that do not encode proteins. These non-coding RNAs play crucial roles in regulating the initiation and progression of various cancers. &nbsp;Different types of non-coding RNAs are such as sniRNAs، circRNAs، piRNAs، microRNAs and lncRNAs. In this research the effective factors in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and the data related to miRNAs associated with cervical cancer were retrieved from the global databases. The databases that were examined in this research include:</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">miR2Disease and HMDD. Considering the importance and prevalence of cervical cancer, drawing this network will help to understand the importance of its role in the development and progression of cervical cancer.
