Root canal therapy effectiveness depends on various parameters, including sealer type and content. The procedure entails the closure of gaps, sealing of extra canals, multiple openings, and capturing of any leftover microorganisms. Sealers are necessary to guarantee the effectiveness of root canal therapy. Endoseal MTA is an injectable paste type sealer that is based on calcium silicate. Studies have demonstrated advantages in the use of this substance. However, similar to any material, it also has limitations. The aim of this research was to assess the existing data, specifically focusing on the properties of Endoseal MTA.
