Abstract:
Cervical cancer (CC) is one of the most common cancers. Considering that the mortality rate of CC ranks first among the malignant tumors of female in the reproductive system, hence it has become a disease that threatens women's health, in this research, by identifying new ncRNAs and their potential role in CC. For determining effective causes in the CC pathogenesis, the data associated to miRNAs were retrieved from the global databases include: CLING and lncCeRBase Data bases. In order to inhibit ncRNAs, siRNAs can be synthesized, which is an important issue according to the cause of mutation and change in the expression of ncRNAs in CC, according to which this work can be done, and this leads to specialized treatment.
