Abstract:
This study explores the complex interplay of emotional intelligence, psychological resilience, self-compassion, and life expectancy. Employing a qualitative, descriptive approach and a library-based methodology, the research synthesizes findings from peer-reviewed articles in reputable domestic and international journals accessed through databases such as Civilica, SID, Noormags, Magiran, and Google Scholar, alongside relevant academic books. Data analysis utilized qualitative content analysis to identify core concepts and understand relationships between the variables. The research highlights the significant predictive roles of emotional intelligence and resilience in life expectancy, emphasizing the mediating effect of self-compassion in transforming their benefits into a more positive life perspective. These findings suggest important implications for interventions designed to improve mental health and overall well-being.
